My name is Sonya, and I would like to share with you my healing journey over the past 18 months.
I was feeling incredibly lost, and unsure of everything in my life. I was stagnant, menopausal and emotional, with no direction or goals. A girlfriend told me about Rachel and her services how amazing her healing journey has been. So, I booked a session.
My first appointment was incredible. Rachel is so passionate about her craft. She listens with intent, without judgment and is such a beautiful soul.
She introduced me to crystal healing, sound healing and Reik. Rachel taught me that setting daily intentions, meditations and journalling, along with my crystals, are incredibly important for self-love and living my best life.
The journey has not been easy though there were so many tears as I was struggling with so much self-doubt, guilt, fear and the constant balancing act of trying to keep everyone happy. I’m a holistic practitioner, soul healer and educator- certified stone medicine practitioner, reiki master, shaman practitioner, crystal healer, meditation teacher & author. I am devoted to helping people heal, grow, and transform.
I’ve written two books, “Soar Like an Eagle Beautiful Woman” and “The Proud Peacock Children’s Book” and have created two beautiful affirmation decks. I’m also the founder of the “Proud Peacock children's programs.”
I am a wife, a mother, a grandmother and an animal lover. I have a deep connection with mother earth. I love being in nature, it is my medicine. I love spending my time going on adventures that make me feel alive and connected.Â
